About Us

BergmanTaylor is a consultancy firm that manages risks in complex and transitional contexts, that opens channels of dialogue, and unlocks investment opportunities.

We design tailor made services and apply foresight, quiet diplomacy, and local facilitation to help our private and public sector clients to succeed, at every step of the way.

The BergmanTaylor network is comprised of leading economists, lawyers, civic leaders, diplomats, business leaders and senior military and government officers who together leverage their experience to formulate and facilitate durable solutions to multifaceted problems.

By navigating risk in highly complex, political environments, BergmanTaylor opens up new channels of dialogue, unlocking programming and investment opportunities.

BergmanTaylor’s approach is centered on a belief that development and investment should have a clear social, human rights and environmental impact – and our track record demonstrates this.

Who We Are

Gaspar Bergman and Zack Taylor started Bergman Taylor in 2020 following a cumulative 35 years working across the diplomatic, development and political realms of the United Nations and other multilateral organizations. The pair started Bergman Taylor out of a recognition that traditional organizations were struggling to live up to the challenges of the twenty-first century, and a drive to facilitate positive change through agility, innovation and partnership.
